Good Friday Morning to all of you. Crazy good feedback has come in this week from all over the place. People have really begun feeling and understanding that you really do get what you focus energy and attention on. They are even beginning to see that the things we LOVE or HATE the most, the things we have the most passion for or against – we tend to behave and do things in a manner that bring more and more of those experiences into our lives.

I believe this week we even saw shreds of people coming into the understanding that the only thing that they have control over is THEMSELVES and their own thoughts. As we create our thoughts each moment we must come to recognize the environmental and well as conditioned ways that thoughts are developed.

We introduced several methods to become aware of what our thoughts are and even more importantly a little secret behind the secret – WHAT DO YOU LOVE….? Is an amazing catalyst for calling the Law of Attraction into action. As you become more and more aware of your passions or what you truly love you can begin to feel what you will be totally motivated towards. It then becomes natural for you to share enthusiastically what you love and enroll people in the idea, plan, or concept. It is your level of passion and enthusiasm that brings that thought to life. That is the YOU part of the Magic.

So today we’ll do as we do on Fridays. I have a bit more to share on this to get you Super Focused on things. Then we’ll open the lines up and have the Friday mastermind on where we are at and where we are going.

Step II in Simplifying Control of The Law of Attraction
We are now really getting things on track. You completely understand that the strongest emotions call things in order in the fastest manner. So make sure you keep on track with the current exercise. Make sure you keep on looking at your intension on that stick note. It is Imperative that you learn the power of affirmations in this manner for this purpose.

As we rolled through the Mindset Call yesterday, it was clear that everyone wants the next step in conquering their conditioning. Meaning that we all go through those “second, third, fourth, fifth, and even sixth thoughts”. We actually make a decision and iron it out and then those crazy thoughts, usually all of them based on conditioning and or input from the environment and we allow them to MUTE OUR PASSION FOR WHAT WE DESIRE…

So the question arose – “What do I do to eliminate those crazy thoughts?” Those non-serving pull you off track from your goals thoughts……. There are some major things I do and here is one in exercise form.

Exercise : Mentally Identify where the negative statement is coming from. A past real lesson, the media, perhaps some conditioning or the voice of someone I look / looked up to. Once you know the source, if you KNOW it came from ANYTHING  BUT  a learned experience — I find evidence of how ridiculous a thought it is an DENY it. Completely and categorically… Then what next — I create a positive evidence filled affirmation.
Example : I Love Sushi and want it for Dinner with the Family on Friday Night. If the thought comes in my head : “Yeah but Alyssa does not like or want that because the last time we went something did not agree with her, she would rather go to Mexican” (Alyssa is my 13 year old). I might even have another thought along the lines of She will be miserable if we force her to go to Sushi……” Then I sit back and think of several past Sushi Experiences that she loved and enjoyed….” (Evidence of my thinking being off the wall).Then I do something to stomp on the foolish non-productive thinking. I take an Action Step to affirm what it is that “I Love” or “I Desire”. In this case I might text Alyssa something that would ENROLL her in the process of going to Sushi on Friday. A seed Planted and 99.9% of the time the response back affirms and proves my thinking off track was nothing but a waste of time.

So we’ll discuss this and several other scenario’s and stories that have happened where I took this approach and the reward was right on track.
Tomorrow we’ll conquer the tough one – the Voices in your head that are based on Learned Experience….. This require much more focus and more steps in action to overcome.

What Do You LOVE??

A Step in Simplifying Control of The Law of Attraction

Yesterday we had the privilege of someone actually almost KNOWING where we were headed. My Friend Sharon asked some questions surrounding precisely where we were or should I say are headed. The basis of the questions were rooted in how do I constantly pick my self up? How do I move past the paralyzing thoughts that we all have?

So as I sat here this morning reviewing my notes and I asked myself some questions…… The same questions I asked myself every time in the past about things when my direction was going to change and or when I had to put those B_l_s of Steel out there and make something happen or else……..

The answers and how they affect my thinking and perceptions shape very clearly my self-motivated behavior. So then I had to go digging a bit further for all of you today. I went back to some old journals that I had to see what else I could find in terms of how I made decisions and what sacrifices I was willing to make to create what I LOVE – coming into being.

So today we’ll discuss this openly and I have some interesting stuff to share.
In the meantime consider  the exercises below : A Simplification of the Law of Attraction

Exercise #1 : I Love Sushi….  So I want you to today – think about what ever your favorite food is. If it’s Sushi – Great – Pizza Great – Chinese Food, Fried Chicken – whatever… Make a decision on what food you would MOST LOVE to consume say for Dinner in the next few nights. Don’t make this one of those silly little – “I don’t care” drifting decisions. Be Clear on specifically the type of food and the way it is prepared. Make sure that you could share this meal idea with someone in a manner that you could state – I Love __________ , lets go there or make this meal here NOW. Then write that meal idea on a stick note. Stick that stick note up on your computer monitor or somewhere in front of your face NOW.

Exercise #2 : Look at it every hour at a minimum. Each time you do – make the statement to yourself that you love ___________, whatever it is. Each time you do this picture yourself REALLY ENJOYING AND LOVING Exactly what you are sharing with that person you invited to go along with you. See that person placing a mouthful of that amazingly delicious _________________ and loving it too.

Exercise #3 : While you are doing this….. Make sure that you are not drifting through this simple experience…… Make some notes as to what and how you delivered the message to the person you shared this with and hang on to those. In those notes really think about what you said, how you said it, and what the other person may have felt.
You see my point will be to clearly show you that in this simple form. The Law of Attraction not only works based on how you feel…. But the conscious things that you do cause it to work faster or easier. Love being one of the most powerful emotions – this will command the Vibes into play that will most rapidly manifest things.

These exercises, while looking simple and trivial will clarify that what you feel strongest about is INFLUENCING your behavior and actions in a MAJOR WAY – when you allow them to.

So we’ll cover all of this today on the call as step one of the Law of Attraction Simplification. Tomorrow we’ll build from here on creating a way of focus as to eliminate those OTHER thoughts – that I will introduce and play with at the tail end of today’s call.

In the spirit of SUPER INSPIRATION let’s take a good look at the above quote. I bring this to you today for if you look at my directives to you as well as the way I operate…. This is precisely my prescription for changing things NOW!!

A Brand new associate in one of my activities began with me last night. The persistence with which Anthony called me was borderline crazy. Meaning the Phone rang at 9:09 ; 9:30 ; 9:55 ; 10:12 ; and Finally, reluctantly pulling myself from Family at 10:27 in the evening, I received not only a new superstar but someone who is absolutely going to teach me a thing or two.

We had a conversation that admittedly DID NOT start with me being warm and fuzzy but me inquiring as to why this had to happen at 10:27 PM in the evening, he was in Central Standard Time. The lesson began with the answer to that question : Why is this necessary to complete tonight – can we pick this up in the morning, I am doing a school project with my daughter right now and we must finish tonight….. His answer back was – then why did you answer the phone??? (LOLOL).

He went on to say that he had looked things over about 12 times. All the times before his last viewing of a presentation, meant nothing. He had come to yesterday’s Mindset Call and caught bits and pieces while running his Cattle Farm. He picked up something very interesting. His Purpose never really was Cattle. It was in fact moving in the direction of learning about Motivation and teaching that to others. Once he understood that attached to the opportunity was a place where he could learn to be ALIVE again, he stated that at any cost he would want to learn what he felt from the call would instill belief in himself and give him the ability to be free of Cow Chips.

So we began working together. In the conversation were MANY little lessons of clarity concerning what was about to happen with his life and what he brought to my attention (again). So I will review step by step with you some of those principles and the outline of what this guy is doing. He is INDEED Dreaming with BELIEF and TAKING MASSIVE ACTION (Admittedly even more action than I usually take).
A TON of very Great Motivating info was exchanged and also a story he told me of why it was time for a real change – for him and why he is ALLOWING the current challenges he faces to take him to a much better place.

Transfer of Unlimited Thinking Potential

Interesting times and challenges lead to learning remembering more and more about the Law of Attraction….. Seriously, how many of you have through everything we shared and communicated about, still slip into that slipstream of drifting because
“That’s just the way things are”????

What is the way things “are”? I say this for events of the past few days had me listening and viewing things from an interesting perspective. What is “The Best” someone can do? What is “all that can be done”? Why is it OK to be satisfied with any level of any result? After watching people in a deeper more detailed fashion over the past several days, some very interesting patterns became very clear. Clear in a manner that was not visible like it is now.

I took the perspective of looking at things in motion. Complicated Medical and Legal Procedures carry with them a set of Vibrations. The HUMAN Inter-reactions in those situations began to paint a whole new level of understanding. The Vibrations (The Mechanism of The Law of Attraction) are actually group effected and ripple through organizations in a very predicable manner. In situations where the VIBE or Vibration is unilaterally cohesive and building       multiply.

Like does not just attract Like – IT CAN CREATE LIKE in people through allowing them to FEEL the end result and be part of it….. Think about that. An extraordinarily positive idea and a HUGELY ENTHUSIASTIC Delivery can lite a fire in someone else’s soul. It can create thoughts and lay seeds to thoughts out of ambition and out of the thoughts of what’s possible comes SHARED PASSION.

So today we’ll talk about this for inside of this conversation lies the real reason why people would listen to you….. You will walk away knowing that there is a way to enroll people vibrationally that really makes sense. It will give you the ability to at least see what’s going on, in a more Vibrational way. Remember once someone catches the FEELING of what will happen with their participation (Imagine if you could fall in love in your mind and fully experience that before you met the person) Imagine how you would handle them if you already KNEW the outcome. Think like that – and I’ll see you on the call in a little while.

The Next 5 Minutes : What R U *%^*!%!!* THINKING, I MEAN CREATING??

Everyday begins new lessons for me with the Law of Attraction. Maintaining that focus on the fact that what we think of most and focus our energy and attention on Creates our lives with and for us moment by moment. By knowing this and repeating a number of things I do on a daily basis, it creates a “Habit of Thoughtful Creation”.
Yesterdays reinforcement lessons came twice….. First when I was doing a training for Social Power Promotions and then a second time in some one on one training of a BRAND NEW person in one opportunity.
In both cases I stopped, paused, and listened to their answer to one particular question right before we began reaching out to people. When I state reaching out to people I mean calling back either potential first calls of initial contact and ALSO follow up calls after they viewed a presentation.

In those two situations it happened. As I listened to their answers and what they were focused on I was not shocked but very very surprised at the thoughts —- particularly their thoughts on how the upcoming situation would turn out. Just prior to asking the questions of these people I was very clear that they intellectually “GET IT” —- the Law of Attraction that is. However as soon as they dropped their technical understanding of it and “went to work” the focus of what they are or were really thinking came to pass.
Today we’ll look at that. We’ll really peel the onion down further than we have before and I will show you not just in statement as to what the Law of Attraction IS or DOES – but exactly how, in these circumstances, I used to practice the same FAUX PAS. Then I will show you exactly what I do now. There is a difference. So I will show you that difference and we’ll go one step further – I’ll show you that this Creatively Visualizing Thought Process CAUSES us to behave and say certain things and in a certain way. That behavior IS what causes the Creative Visualizations to become “REALITY”.

Connection Established : NOW WHAT??

Yesterday Afternoon I was sitting in the waiting room of a vast medical establishment thinking… Who me, think, never….I was sitting there thinking of the fact that we took some interesting steps that people appear to not only be getting on connecting but also are actually placing into use. Thankfully with modern day technology, while calls were not possible reading emails were so I reviewed where people are at, the one’s kind enough to give feedback on placing things in action – not just the commentary.

One email in the batch stood out. It stood out for this person, who is in some Nutritional Company and has been for about 2 1/2 years. This email gave me a retell on why she was with that company. She also gave me the lowdown on what Gratitude has changed for her and in her 2 paragraphs of gratitude statements that she shared was one line that got me to really really think.”I am so happy and grateful in my heart that I have a product with enough meaning that is has inspired me to show others what HEALTHY EATING and NUTRICIAN is all about.” She went on to explain that prior to getting focused on Gratitude she was in love with the company not for what value it could provide but ONLY the allure of the Big Money she saw some people making. She actually reviewed the statistics like about 1.8% of the people in the company could possibly be making more than a living…… I was admittedly initially taken back by this focus. She went further in her analysis almost to the point where I was ready to breeze to the end of the email and let it go.

Then in an abrupt paragraph change she point blank stated – YOU BETTER READ THIS TO THE END AND NOT DELETE IT…LOL…

So I did and the next two paragraphs took my thinking and direction for today’s call into a completely different place. She went on to explain that when you really focus on Gratitude, REALLY FOCUS ON GRATITUDE, things you don’t even realize are motivating become motivating. Things that are really disparaging YOU REALLY WANT TO CHANGE. It’s almost like once you truly find what you are grateful for in life or in the process of your day you can alter your focus and really become passionate. So over the past 30 days she did 2 things.

I will share those with you on the call for they are 2 things I did that were indeed a HUGE switch for me that really made a HUGE difference not only in my success but also in the volume and number of people I assist. In closing she shared that over the last 12 years – she had tried MANY different Income Opportunities – all solely for the MONEY. Those 12 years cost her more than $10,000 and almost always brought NO RETURN!!! Then when she ______ suddenly she had a turnaround. We’ll cover what occurred in her heart and mine that altered dramatically some very basic elements that now have her creating daily and multiple daily success.
Then you will know WHAT to do with those communication skills that I have shared with you.

Action : and Keeping On Keeping On

Well first of all stating I am grateful is not nearly enough. It was an interesting morning here in the Varrone household… So I’ll let you in to be a little spy cam on what happens in this world, how normal it all is and how NORMAL you are…But what is normal anyway????….

The purpose is to share a perspective on what it takes to Keep – Keeping on. The day started just like any other Monday would post a “work on the house weekend”…Then at about 7:30 AM EST things began to change…. I returned home from driving my daughter to HS (Actually she driving herself to HS) to find my younger daughters health had, overnight, gone from a sore throat to a Blazing Inferno of a sore throat. Once child required “sick leave” and a Dr.’s Appointment as Step Throat is going around…

2 Hours later a medical situation arose with my mother……. Thus totally derailing my schedule and plans for the day. So as I sat here working on things I saw that,,,,,  the old me used to handle things very differently than I do today. The old me used to REACT and would be easily taken off course. Today after digesting all that I have about planning, vibration, and results, I handle things very very differently.
Every Challenge that arises is an opportunity to do better. It’s an opportunity to recommit to YOURSELF. An opportunity to learn and to grow beyond what we feel are our limitations. So today whenever adversity shows up I RELISH it and have a particular way of dealing with things so that progress is made no matter what.
Today we’ll review that processes of grasping the situation and then coming out with a way to create something phenomenal out of any challenge. Literally step by step there are ways to deal with challenge that produces a positive inspiring vibe and a burst of that energy can makes some amazing things happen despite the challenges of “today”. I’ll even show you how Gratitude plays into just how flexible you become if you allow it…

This week we went down the path of beginning to see what you are actually saying to people. That is if you took the step to become a professional and recorded yourself so you can hear what you are barking out. You now have a clear understanding of how to establish a warmth in the opening of a conversation or at the start of a relationship. You have begun the process of listening to people and not speaking over them. You understand what Resonance means. You even now are gaining an understanding of their perspective.
So today we’ll review things and see from the groups perspective IF what they have learned this week is being put to use and how. I welcome questions and feedback. Many of you participated in a promotion with Social Power Promotions – this gave you the tremendous advantage of daily training whereby you actually get to listen to me apply what I stated to you in this weeks training’s. Just in Wednesday to Thursdays training’s people got to see just how these methods can be applied and they got to see living proof that 80-90% of the people I speak to for the first time – go and watch the videos as we called them both in prospecting and in follow up.

So this morning I will take a few moments and review precisely how all of these elements and methods are used in harmony with the Law of Attraction. Further I will run through a couple of scenarios and make this clear in story form. The methods once again brought success into my life and many people have already heard it begin. Once we review these situations I will open it up for conversation and feedback from all on this process of meeting and enrolling people so that they are just as motivated to learn about what you have to offer as you are to offer it.

Connecting Part 3 : Showing Up AS The Solution
We have begun to build a blazing channel of communication. You have a clear understanding now of how to establish that warmth in the opening of a conversation or at the start of a relationship. You have begun the process of listening to people and not speaking over them. You understand what Resonance means. You even now are gaining an understanding of their perspective.

You are doing this through conversation. Through connecting with them so they FEEL that communicating with you is of value to them. So know its time to take the communication and or conversation and become clear enough in your understanding of the individual so that you may show up as their solution. Their Solution to what you may ask? We’ll cover exactly how to NOT step on their toes while asking enough questions so that the conversation takes you exactly to knowing what the other person is challenged with or is looking for a solution on.

We’ll cover this in two ways. One will be in the form of how you may do this in business. The other will be how you can use these techniques to become a better listener and thus create better more productive and natural relationships. Authenticity must be at the core of how you behave and converse. Transparency will also play vastly to your advantage when truly developing genuine lines of communication.

The ultimate goal is to have your thinking and conversation working in a manner that allows those of you out there that always “THINK” they do not know what to say – TO KNOW WHAT TO SAY NEXT – in a very natural manner. Nothing forced or canned. No scripts or BS. Just a genuine human connection.
