Your Mindset Road Map
This week we have covered a great deal of territory in the area of Personal Behavioral Pattern Change as well as the review of finding the mentors in your chosen field or opportunity. I bring this to focus in the Final Week of Mindset Merchants current program for it is precisely what I did to eliminate the behaviors that were holding me back and replace them with behaviors that made a huge difference in moving forward.
So today and tomorrow I will outline and review the major learning lessons and processes I set up so that you have the path re-traced on how I went from a Roller Coaster Ride of Huge Success and No Success, that was intermittent, to a much smoother and more level flight that continues to climb higher in the realm of success.
Remember as we retrace all of this – you will work more on yourself than on your business or activity. However, there is one caveat. Once the work is completed on yourself, you must spend more time in Success or Money Generating Activities than doing anything else. I will reveal a tremendous struggle that I worked through this arena of focus. That is to be a leader, you must lead by example. That example must be set in motion and viewable to your team and or organization, all the time. In order for this to take place and it be “EASY” (Not Simple) priorities must be set with time and how you spend it.
We’ll get clear on this though this review and outline. When we complete this tomorrow a road map will be placed in your hands that will indeed lead you to results. It will be up to you whether you implement these elements or not. Massive Consistent action will create a whole new world for you if you desire it and are doing something that you LOVE.

Modeling – Who are you Modeling and Why ?
We are all modeling someone’s behavior. Since we are infants we immediately learn by example. We immediately recognize that certain behaviors get e certain reaction or a certain reaction and or response from those around us and our environment.
As we become clearer and clearer on what behaviors bring what results we begin to establish a base way that we participate in life. So as we wrap up this series with Mindset Merchants – it is imperative that you find, figure out, and connect with the person or people you are modeling you r behavior after.
Once you see what is going on, on that front and why – I can logically tie together precisely WHY I suggest the many things that I suggest in the Mindset Program. This week – all week I will be giving you the logic behind WHY the suggested ways of doing things in the program ARE the things that can lead you way further down the path of success. We’ll go right into specific “connect the dot stories” that will allow you to clearly understand WHY these steps work.
Once we complete this week you will have been given – 80 Days – 80 hours of Material and 80 Pages of information that comprise our program. 80 Hours of work you, if you took action, could indeed be life changing.
So today we’ll make certain you know how to figure out who you are modeling after and why. Then you will better understand EXACTLY WHY you are doing the things you are doing. Then I will give you a STEP BY STEP Method for Immediately changing your belief or behavior.

Worker Bee to Entrepreneur – Leslie’s Experience
Good Morning Everyone!!! The Law of Attraction never ceases to amaze me. An old friend from many years ago, a business friend, reached out to me with a phone call yesterday. As I looked down at my cell phone I saw the contact pop up and was amazed. My old friend had been a Commercial Real Estate Broker for nearly 20 years when we became friends. Over time he became known as an amazing deal maker in the Commercial Real Estate Market in Miami.
We reconnected and at the time of the call I was in a range of thought thinking about The Mindset Call and the info that I would want to share that would continue to build the Stairway of Worker Bee Thinking over and up to Entrepreneur Thinking when he called. At first I was, as always, moving at the speed of sound and was not going to take the call. However I remembered his story as to what happened to him and realized the call was coming to me for a reason. So I answered it and we reconnected.
Once we got caught up on the Families and all that was going on in our lives I asked him a few questions. I wanted his take again on what occurred that took him from really an Assistant to a big Broker in Miami, to being in business. The transition from literally knowing only the paperwork side of things to commanding an amazing company that became known for doing HUGE unorthodox deals (Mine was one of them).
The story was amazing as the challenges were so constant and so plentiful he absolutely is an inspiration. In the reconnection he re-shared with me Many of the reasons I adopted his Entrepreneurial Spirit.
Today I will share some of those stories with you and point by point we’ll review the way an Entrepreneur MUST play the game of business. You will see, and I will clarify, a number of parallels to what you are doing on a daily basis that will shed light on the different ways of handling things as well as how to continue to build an Indomitable Spirit so that every challenge teaches you something that improves your Business/Activity and your interface with LIFE.

Awareness of Self Imposed Obstacles
I am extraordinarily grateful for this group. Each day more and more the experiences of the group are shedding light on a number of things. Yesterday, the gifts of becoming more aware of a number of things not only came to light on our call but sparked several conversations in several meetings / training’s and polished the focus on what we will be discussing today.
Using this as a behavioral example : You ever wonder why a very intelligent overweight person, who really says that they want to loose weight, continuously does something that is intellectually out of line with what would assist them in losing weight??? Same thing with a smoker…. They know it’s killing them yet—— they continue to do things that are out of line with what that desire—–or what they say they desire.
Understand I am no Psychologist or Psychiatrist but there is something going on there that deserves if nothing else, the discussion and the raising of awareness on those types of situations. The same can be said about decisions you may be making about your business or relationships —- there are things you are doing and behaviors that you are exhibiting that you may or may not be aware of that are counter intuitive to your goals.
Somewhere inside those things you are doing and or behaviors exists a PAYOFF. Now this may sound obvious in conversation but in your real life you may not even be aware of what you are doing OR the opportunity cost of the payoff. You must become aware of each and everyone of these situations at play in your life. You must KNOW the real payoff and then analyze (THINK NOT DRIFT) the opportunity cost of the situation. Once you are indeed aware you can make far better decisions and change your behavior and course of action.
So today on our call we’ll take a look at this. First we’ll look at it from a very satirical view of Food and Eating and then we’ll spring into some deeper business stories. We’ll finish it off with a real hard and square kick in the ass – that you are going to give yourself. Why would you do that? The answers will come out in our conversation. As you become aware of the payoff and then compare it to the payoff of doing the things that will take you much more directly and rapidly to your goals, you will have you own very personal Ah Hah moments.
There is an exercise and procedure I did and do for this (Taught it to my kids) and I will share that in a later email today so we can clarify things in our conversation first.

The Law of Attraction – Lets Take The Brakes Off
It’s a GREAT time to get into some mechanics… I believe at this point we are all very very clear on the fact that the Law of Attraction says YES to everything. We all have heard me say “DON’T PICTURE THE AMERICAN FLAG.” And what happens immediately – the picture of the American Flag Pops into your mind. It’s a model for exactly how The Law of Attraction works. Whatever we focus our Energy and Attention on whether that focus is in Desiring it’s presence or Desiring it not occurring…….. It’s going to occur. Hence this visual model is extraordinary in it modeling how things will work.
The real challenge we have then is that we all create a plan of action moving toward what we desire. Perhaps a Goal of Extraordinary Magnitude or it may be a simple goal like a list of errands to take care of in a window of time during the day. The Law of Attraction is at work right then and there on both accounts. The challenge is that once a thought is conceived, if the thoughts are chosen in a CERTAIN manner we create a positive plan of action and perform the necessary tasks that we BELIEVE will achieve the desired result.
Sounds Simple —- Right???
BUT What happens when we allow not the infusion of our own thoughts and plans….. But the thoughts and plans of our conditioning, our environment, or perhaps even false evidence come into mental focus. That in effect places the BRAKES on the Law of Attraction delivering what you desire and it delivers what you FEAR or DESPISE Most.
So today we’ll dive into that and clarify exactly what is going on, on a behind the scenes look at The Law of Attraction in Action. We’ll see how that STINKING THINKING will Create a Counter Productive Path of actions that will create what you DON’T DESIRE and have you hunting and finding evidence to support what your thinking is. You will see clearly why things may seem like they are backfiring, when indeed you are creating exactly what is happening.
Once you are clear there we’ll review the methods below that I use EVERY DAY to bring my focus of thought RIGHT where it should be to create the most efficient use of The Law of Attraction. Listed below you will find the Method/Exercises I use for the specific roadblock I may encounter:
#1) FOR AN ISSUE INVOLVING A MEMORY OF AN EXPERIENCE : I first remind myself it is a MEMORY…. Something from the past. I then review the situation to see if ALL of the circumstances are the same. If they are — I take the gut feelings or vibrations seriously and make a new plan of action. If the circumstances are NOT the same I then (Guess what) I sit down with a pad…. I literally look things over and with the pen and pad I hand write all of the reasons and circumstances that will allow the situation to develop and blossom into what I desire. Writing this out by hand is essential. It will force you to think a bit more clearly that if you just do it in your head.
#2) FOR AN ISSUE INVOLVING COMMENTS FROM ANY NUT GALLERY : Here in lies where I use the word NUT instead of Peanut…. The reason being is that when you begin to drift into NOT thinking. It’s actually a relief. We internally begin to feel like you know their right – so instead of creating a thought process to make it all happen…. We create a process of “WHY BOTHER” to take action for like “Dad” said or like “Aunt Martha” said (It could be anyone – even a friend close to you). So knowing that if I buy into other people’s evidence, I know I am DRIFTING. I then take things a step further. Again with a Pad and Pen. I sit down and really look first to see if they truly had any such experience. If they have not had the experience directly – it’s just noise.
If they have had the experience or a similar experience I go one step further in dissecting things. I look at their circumstances and mine. I look at precisely what they did and how they did it and I make a list. Actually I make 2 lists. One for their circumstances compared to mine and another one – where I think and take notice of WHY I AM DIFFERENT and how it can work.
#3) INFLUENCE OF THE MEDIA OR OTHER EXTERNAL NON-SENSE : As I have stated before if you are well traveled it is clear to see how the media can give partial stories and create a path of negative sensationalism. This TOWN CRIER type of merchandising the news started with PAUL REVERE (The British are coming…….). Here is where it indeed can get tricky. If the media has supplied information that you are going to base decisions on, you must make a distinction and in doing so some comparative resources must be looked at.
Here in lies the real challenge. Actually not a challenge but a choice. If you make the choice in advance on what you want to do despite the media….. Then you can look for evidence specifically that supports your decision. I implore you to FIND a TON OF IT. That is what I do…..
So today we’ll go over these first 3 methods – I have more up my sleeve. Yes this is REAL WORK – remember I clearly told you that you would work more on yourself than on your activity or business – here comes a ton of that work. Once you begin to evaluate and dissect each time negative or stinkin thinkin comes into play – you up the game of life for yourself. You take it to the level that all thinkers and those top 3%’ers do. Welcome to my world people – its your world too.

The Next 5 Minutes : What R U *%^*!%!!* THINKING, I MEAN CREATING??
Everyday begins new lessons for me with the Law of Attraction. Maintaining that focus on the fact that what we think of most and focus our energy and attention on Creates our lives with and for us moment by moment. By knowing this and repeating a number of things I do on a daily basis, it creates a “Habit of Thoughtful Creation”.
Yesterdays reinforcement lessons came twice….. First when I was doing a training for Social Power Promotions and then a second time in some one on one training of a BRAND NEW person in one opportunity.
In both cases I stopped, paused, and listened to their answer to one particular question right before we began reaching out to people. When I state reaching out to people I mean calling back either potential first calls of initial contact and ALSO follow up calls after they viewed a presentation.
In those two situations it happened. As I listened to their answers and what they were focused on I was not shocked but very very surprised at the thoughts —- particularly their thoughts on how the upcoming situation would turn out. Just prior to asking the questions of these people I was very clear that they intellectually “GET IT” —- the Law of Attraction that is. However as soon as they dropped their technical understanding of it and “went to work” the focus of what they are or were really thinking came to pass.
Today we’ll look at that. We’ll really peel the onion down further than we have before and I will show you not just in statement as to what the Law of Attraction IS or DOES – but exactly how, in these circumstances, I used to practice the same FAUX PAS. Then I will show you exactly what I do now. There is a difference. So I will show you that difference and we’ll go one step further – I’ll show you that this Creatively Visualizing Thought Process CAUSES us to behave and say certain things and in a certain way. That behavior IS what causes the Creative Visualizations to become “REALITY”.

Connecting Part 3 : Showing Up AS The Solution
We have begun to build a blazing channel of communication. You have a clear understanding now of how to establish that warmth in the opening of a conversation or at the start of a relationship. You have begun the process of listening to people and not speaking over them. You understand what Resonance means. You even now are gaining an understanding of their perspective.
You are doing this through conversation. Through connecting with them so they FEEL that communicating with you is of value to them. So know its time to take the communication and or conversation and become clear enough in your understanding of the individual so that you may show up as their solution. Their Solution to what you may ask? We’ll cover exactly how to NOT step on their toes while asking enough questions so that the conversation takes you exactly to knowing what the other person is challenged with or is looking for a solution on.
We’ll cover this in two ways. One will be in the form of how you may do this in business. The other will be how you can use these techniques to become a better listener and thus create better more productive and natural relationships. Authenticity must be at the core of how you behave and converse. Transparency will also play vastly to your advantage when truly developing genuine lines of communication.
The ultimate goal is to have your thinking and conversation working in a manner that allows those of you out there that always “THINK” they do not know what to say – TO KNOW WHAT TO SAY NEXT – in a very natural manner. Nothing forced or canned. No scripts or BS. Just a genuine human connection.

Connecting Part 2 : Their Perspective
Yesterday we covered The Resonance that must be created to have an awesome connection with another human being. We learned very clearly that this resonance is akin to understanding what the other human being is looking for enough so that you can play their tune (if you will) on your stereo for them.
We reviewed the number one way you can see what is going on is to actually record yourself in action on the Phone. There you will see exactly what you are creating. We discussed methods as to how you can set this up and record yourself and begin to see what you are doing – from who’s perspective – THEIRS.
Once of the most important things we can do is to come into any situation and first get a general feeling of the situation then through a combination of Intuition, listening, and questioning we begin to get our understanding of the communication. Understanding THEIR perspective, instead of instilling your perspective solely — is a key to opening the flood gates of communication. So today we’ll discuss all of those things that will comprise just how you can do that for yourself. It is imperative that you are able to obtain their objectives in the communication and then show up as THE SOLUTION. Then and only then do they have a reason to listen and ultimately “Follow the Leader”.

Vibrational Goals Setting and Belief
So the foundation is set….. We are ready to build now the framework of your on purposeness. Yes I just coined a new word. On PURPOSENESS. On Purposeness is that feeling of knowing where we are going. Knowing that we are building a future and achieving in life what we truly desire and what makes up happy. Human beings are creatures not just of habit but of feeling good when those habits can be formed into a plan of action that will allow our GOALS to be reached, achieved and Full-filled. Each time we have a goal related accomplishment we move forward in life with renewed confidence and a zest and hunger to do even more.
That Reminds me of a Quote : Conceive, Believe, Achieve.
Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.

Each of us has our own concepts of what is possible and what we are capable of. It is imperative that you gain an understanding of the fact that you and your beliefs will dictate your course of success. Your focus will depend on the pictures you allow to be formed in your mind on what you are capable of achieving.
Today we will raise your awareness to the level where you get this. Where you get you are the only obstacle in setting HUGE GOALS…. HUGE – WAY BEYOND WHAT YOU THINK IS POSSIBLE!!! Today we begin resetting your dreams, resetting your on purposeness.

Today’s Topic : Time to Eliminate the last Hurdle – F.E.A.R. I touched on this last week.
FEAR or False evidence Appearing Real, is the number one reason why people do not take action. The saddest part of fear is that it is a HUMAN created emotion…… Every FEAR we have, we had to take our perspective and believe that that perspective is THE ONLY perspective. Most of the time we take action to make our FEARS real with the Law of Attraction…. So this subject deserves the ENTIRE week. We’ll dive into each possible fear as labeled below in the 6 Fears List. But…. Today we’ll something a little special. Today we’ll dive into a specific request not only directly from last weeks calls but in email form from 29 of you, you all wanted to know how I got past the FEAR or ANXIETY of Success or that sometimes comes with Success.
Those Fears are :
1) The Fear of Poverty * FEAR OF SUCCESS
2) The Fear of Criticism
3) The Fear of Ill Health
4) The Fear of Loss of Love or Being Loved
5) The Fear of Old Age
6) The Fear of Death
Know one thing for certain, FEAR, Like anger, hate, and envy, are vibration destroying emotions. They can bring down a company, a team, even a family. So today we’ll work on that side FEAR, Fear of Success, as we move forward we’ll not only define and destroy the fears listed below but we will also give you tools in each call that will give you the ability to fight with and deal with any FEARS that you fool yourself into believing “ON Demand”.
