 Goals Journal to Gratitude Journal 
We have spent this week going over and making clear methods that you can use to dream up your goals with. We have reviewed simple visualization techniques so that you begin to see yourself as part of that goal. We also discussed the ever so important emotional ties to your goals. There are only two ways to create those feelings in your mind. One is to go out there and physically Experience the goal as in an Automobile Test drive if that is one of your goals. The other is visualization. Using your imagination and memories of past experiences to create a VISION of your goal and all of the ways it will make you feel once it is indeed part of your life.
With those VISIONS you can begin to create GOALS. A Goal is merely a VISION or a DREAM + two additional components. The dream alone and the Law of Attraction alone WILL NOT create that goal in your life. So I realized this over the last 8+ years. The I developed a Game : “GOALS TO GRATITUDE”. It is a simple game that boosts your confidence while giving your own life direction and most importantly PURPOSE.
So I will lay this out for you now. One important thing to note…. I am using a NEW PROGRAM in this explanation so the evidence below is about that new program. I am not here to pitch that program HOWEVER, I am using it to illustrate what is possible and that it can indeed happen NOW. In the game of GOALS TO GRATITUDE you must have the GOAL or VISION, HAVE A PLAN OF ACTION OR SYSTEM (In this example it will be the new program), then you can’t sit still for even a second. You must immediately take massive action and persist without exception until your Goal is in your Gratitude journal.
GOAL / Vision : A two week Trip to Italy with my family – not just my Immediate Family of 4 but with 3 other families and their children this summer. Goal Cost = $11,000 (approximate)
Emotional Ties in the Imagery : Flying over to Italy all together. Renting one of those crazy small cars and starting off at the coliseum in Rome we travel all over Rome enjoying the sites and the FOOD and WINE. We spend 3 days in Rome and then we move off to the Amalfi Cost and our breath is taken away by the beauty and we sample the local culture and seafood. (I don’t want to make this an hour long read – so you get the point, the goal has emotion generating commentary). I am emotionally attached to this happening this summer and now have the rest of the family co-dreaming. I see myself doing the Mindset Call at 5 PM from the Balcony of a Hotel on the Amalfi coast looking at the Sea. Can you see that?

So within less than 24 hours in a brand new program $1,200 was created.
Thus The Plan of Action:  now becomes this program. In 24 Hours $1,200 can be created (By Only Sharing this with one person…..) I see the pathway that consistent action will be able to recreate this or more every 24-48 hours.
So thus I develop a BELEIFE in what can be accomplished. I then do this for 10 days x $1,200 = $12,000 (I will have an extra $1,000 for souvenirs).

GRATITUDE JOURNAL : Some days I have to pinch myself as to the awesome things I have the privilege of experiencing. I got to wake up yesterday and have Breakfast by the Mediterranean Sea on the Amalfi Coast of Italy. Then the blessing of having an amazing day sightseeing in Italy. It was capped off by finding some cousins that actually own a Varrone Winery outside of Florence and going there for Dinner and what turned into staying there. I am so very very grateful that I stay the course when I make the plan long enough to have things like this happen to myself and my family. I am confident today will be even more fun with what is planned. Thank You G_D. Thank you for the system and the people like Brent, Jason, Mike, John, Chris, Paul, Kirk,and Sharon who all are responsible for working the plan of action together and sharing in Great Success and having things like this in their lives. (This would be an example of a Gratitude Journal Entry after the Vacation).
So there you have it. A step by step example of exactly what is possible in the “Goals to Gratitude Game” I apologize for mentioning a new program but it is for a reason. YOU CAN DO THE SAME THING with whatever you are working on or with!!!! Just like any other game the more you do it, the more you practice it, the more success you will have. The easier and more fulfilling the Game of Life will Become for You.

It is time to sit down now and really begin to THINK. What are the things that YOU really want? What Things or Situations do you wish to create?? What is emotionally important to you?? The more important the goals are to you emotionally the more motivated and on purpose you will become.
Goals are a major force in motivation for all we do. So today we’ll review the entire goal setting process and how you can come about writing out that list of Goals in a “Goal Journal” that will keep you on track and on purpose. We will come up with a method of both writing the list AND creating a plan of action that does not punish for breaking of the deadlines but does keep you directed and achieving the desired objective sooner rather than later.
When we are complete, you will know to use this goal journal as that directional motivation and you will also learn about the game of Goals to Gratitude that we play each day. You are already playing this game to some degree, just mostly unaware. So we’ll make you aware of it AND show you where you already do it. We’ll tie it all together so you can play it out and write it down. Sharpening Your Visualization of Goals 
One of the most important skills you can develop is the ability to visualize. Your minds ability to see things you can create and have are what will assist you in creating your goals. The ability to visualize and develop the skill of visualization will set the parameters of your future.
I used to believe you simply thought of something and made the simple statement – I will have that beautiful new Kitchen in my House by August 1st, 2012….. I even wrote out goals like that until I saw a complete pattern that can be created by visualization. When you Vision or Dream something up if you tie to it all of your emotional gratitude to it or create actual emotional highs surrounding a goal, then your motivation to take massive action is greatly increased.
The clearer your vision, the more emotionally charged your vision is of your goals. The more Emotion and Joy you tie to your goals, the more you will see yourself achieving those goals. So today I will review with you the ways that I amp up my visualizations, the way I go about it so that when I write my goals down that are powerfully charged and motivate me to take constant and I mean CONSTANT MASSIVE ACTION!!!

The Vision of Your Goals 

Good Morning Mindset Members. We are about to embark on giving you Purpose. People who have a clear vision of what they truly desire : GOALS , approach life in a completely different manner. A goal gives your DAY purpose…. A Set of Goals with Vision give your LIFE Purpose. Remember how the Law of Attraction works what you give your focus of energy and attention to happens and repeats itself.
For many of us, the first time we sit down and thin of a goal or a set of goals the process is overwhelming.  Take a few deep breaths and thing about a trip to a place you have never been before. Let’s say you are going to take a ride to an amazement park 200 miles away. Your goal would be to get there by noon on a Friday. If you notice how goals and The Law of Attraction come together. You will then be motivated to take steps to make this goal come true. You would more than likely develop a plan of action – to make this goal come true. More than likely you will get directions ; then you may prep the car filling it with Gas ; then you may prepare some food and drink in a cooler that would have you covered for the 3-4 hour drive.
Having a goal causes you to get into action to make it happen. The more you think of the goal with emotional ties, the more action you will take to make it happen.
So today we’ll begin to explore how to the techniques I use to begin to develop goals, both large and small. It is important that you Visualize everything you can about your goal. You literally must see, hear it, feel it, taste it, and smell it. The more emotional connections to your vision the more aggressive and action filled your plan will be to achieve your goal. The more action you take the quicker you can make the goals happen.
So I will story-ize and explain why goal setting went from being a challenge to being a breeze and you will be clear today on how to create the emotion packed dreams into an Amazing Vision. This Vision will inspire you to create the Goals that will comprise the road map that will create the life you desire.

Good Morning Mindset Members. A few people emailed me and asked if it was really necessary for daily repeats on things they are grateful for. “Do I really have to write the same crap everyday?” came in from one of our new people last night and I chuckled. I was that foolish once upon a time. The answer is YES or actually I wrote back – Ab-so-F_ _ _ing looootly.
In the coming weeks, we will work on affirmations as they are addressed here in the quote from Napoleon Hill. You must understand what you are doing by repeatedly writing in a gratitude journal. You are taking your time and your mental focus and FORCING them to focus all of your energy and attention of stuff that genuinely makes you feel good (Or at least you should be). This will reform your Habit of thought. Once your Habit of thought is reformed…….. Then the good old Law of Attraction does as it always has and assists you in reproducing what you focus all of your energy and attention on.
Here is an excerpt from Napoleon Hill :
You come finally to believe anything you tell yourself often enough — even if it is not true.

If you repeat something over and over to yourself, your subconscious mind will eventually begin to accept it as fact. When something has been accepted as truth by your subconscious mind, it will work overtime to transform the idea into physical reality. You can take advantage of this by programming your mind to think positive thoughts. Use self-motivators or affirmations to persuade your subconscious that you are capable of doing anything you wish. Repeat the self-motivator several times a day until it becomes an automatic reaction to recall a positive phrase whenever you begin to doubt yourself. Replace “I can’t” with “I will!”

So in all of the retells of how wonderful something is and how grateful you are to have it….. You create a focus of energy and gratitude. Ever wonder how someone makes you your favorite meal for instance??  You love the taste of it. So you think of it. You then remember the times you enjoyed it and make mental statements of how much you love it. The people around you catch on to how much you love that food and how that food may make you feel and SURPRISE – ever so often that meal shows up.
Although this is a simple and silly illustration, take heed to the fact that in all area’s of your life things like this are taking place. As you raise your awareness you will see it and then all of the reasons why I ask everyone to write in a gratitude journal will become clear. I will clarify all this today and then we’ll open the call for some live Masterminding with the Group.

Good Morning Mindset Members. Today we’ll clarify a number of things that go on behind the scenes in your mind when you pour the gratitude sauce all over your life. We will make certain you understand the connection to The Law of Attraction that Gratitude has and creates.
We will then move forward into how Gratitude will plant the Seeds of Possibility for your vision of your future. Like attracts like so you will begin to see a pattern and WHY this mental pattern duplicates and materializes what’s going on in your life.  You are drifting when you ignor Gratitude in your life. You are in control when you focus on Gratitude.
All of this comes together and that state of HUMAN BEING that you become with this focus is one who is always Grateful. A person who is always Grateful begins to see everything from a different perspective. This perspective constantly shows them what is possible and how.
Towards the end of the call we will begin to set the foundation on Goals and Goal Setting. Then as we move forward you will begin to see how the game I call “The Chain Reaction of Success”, comes into play. As you master this game for it is an Innate human ability, you will never again require anything to boost your own confidence in yourself. You will become the master of You.

We are about 1/2 way through the “Road Map” and we have made clear the major points on what a day looks like in terms of activity when you implement the Mindset Merchants Information.

We’ll complete that Road Map today AND we’ll touch on two very specific topics that will give many of you clarity. The Box – is the parameters of reality that you have created in your life. The Feeling – I will define on the call, but here is an exercise : I want you to sit back a few minutes before the call and I want you to think about something that gives you an uneasy feeling. Perhaps its an upcoming bill or financial commitment that you are struggling with. I want you to take 5 minutes and write a note to yourself that describes – Not Your Thoughts – but how thoughts of this topic make you feel. As crazy as this sounds really explore every facet of how you feel. Really explore it. Notice the thoughts and the links to the feelings.

Then I will share a personal breakthrough around those feelings. I will also share what I do and did when those feelings arise to immediately squelch them – as I HAD TO in order to be able to dramatically call the Law of Attraction into action.

Your Mindset Road Map

This week we have covered a great deal of territory in the area of Personal Behavioral Pattern Change as well as the review of finding the mentors in your chosen field or opportunity. I bring this to focus in the Final Week of Mindset Merchants current program for it is precisely what I did to eliminate the behaviors that were holding me back and replace them with behaviors that made a huge difference in moving forward.
So today and tomorrow I will outline and review the major learning lessons and processes I set up so that you have the path re-traced on how I went from a Roller Coaster Ride of Huge Success and No Success, that was intermittent, to a much smoother and more level flight that continues to climb higher in the realm of success.

Remember as we retrace all of this – you will work more on yourself than on your business or activity. However, there is one caveat. Once the work is completed on yourself, you must spend more time in Success or Money Generating Activities than doing anything else. I will reveal a tremendous struggle that I worked through this arena of focus. That is to be a leader, you must lead by example. That example must be set in motion and viewable to your team and or organization, all the time. In order for this to take place and it be “EASY” (Not Simple) priorities must be set with time and how you spend it.

We’ll get clear on this though this review and outline. When we complete this tomorrow a road map will be placed in your hands that will indeed lead you to results. It will be up to you whether you implement these elements or not. Massive Consistent action will create a whole new world for you if you desire it and are doing something that you LOVE.

Changing Your Mind…..
Yesterday we reviewed behaviors and a way to change your behavior. We reviewed a simple process as outlined here now. YOU MUST do this as a WRITTEN EXERCISE — MUST :

1) Identify : Identify a behavior that you wish to change or modify.
2) Link this behavior to MASSIVE CONSEQUENSES, in the following two ways:
a) Write down 10, yes 10, specific costs or consequences of your behavior not
changing.
b) Write down 10, yes 10, reasons why you must change that behavior NOW.
3) Create and Write down a mental picture, a vision of yourself, employing the new behavior – One Paragraph.

4) Connect AT LEAST 10 Benefits of this new behavior and write those down.
It may seem a little crazy but this exercise above totally changed the way that I went about changing my behavior on issues I desired to change. It is still the method I use today to change and improve things. It takes you down a path of clarity and reason for change so the changes “stick” better and faster.

Yesterday I mentioned a topic, that while a real topic “Neuroplasticity”. I encourage you to look further into that as it is fascinating but I wish to not over-complicate where we are going with modeling. Neuroplasticity is the way a persons Brain can rewire itself after any kind of traumatic injury or stimulus from a persons environment. While some of this is indeed going on – to clarify will take us off the points I want to make and the road map I wish to give you for change.

So today we’ll expand upon ways you can find the appropriate model and adopt what the appropriate model is doing that is in alignment with where you want to go with things.
So for Today’s Call, I ask that you Ponder the question :

” WHAT DO I LOVE BUT I THINK I CAN’T HAVE??”

Then think about this : Do you pine for success but constantly think its a mooooooving target? Do you always feel that having what you really want is always out of your reach?… Think about these things for a moment.

Then I want you to notice your vibration surrounding these thoughts. Really FEEL your FEELINGS. Your about to realize the vibration of the state of your Mindset…
Now hold those feelings and thoughts and we will explore them. We’ll also take a ride on the little emotional roller coaster that I experienced and how I redesigned its path and took the roller coaster ride and turned that into a Smooth Rocket Ship Ride to where I wanted to go. I did this by finding the correct model, studying it or them,,,,,, then modeling EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID!!
