I coach and teach many people to expand their awareness with the use of a product Elevate. The reason I use Elevate is that it is a comprehensive program designed to lift them out of their “IF ONLY” thinking into one of more possibilities. It is essential for people to become aware of this fact for if life is constantly based on “If Onlys” then how could we ever grow or expand.

The first step in getting out of your own way is to eliminate the following thoughts and statements from your vocabulary :

1) When I have _______________, I will be happy.

2) When I fix _______________, I will be happy.

3) I need _______________, then I will be happy.

We must start in a place of being grateful for what we have by literally making a list, an inventory of all that is already in our lives. Once the list is compiled it is essential that we clearly look at our perspective of each and every thing. We must change our perspective of each and every thing in our lives so that we are in appreciation of them or it. One example would be a dog. Dogs can be a kind loving addition to a family, bonding them together with memories and fun. When cared for, a dog gives its love of the family unconditionally. That is one perspective. Another perspective is one of a tiresome responsibility to have the dog. That perspective is full of “work and aggravation”. Cleaning, feeding, taking care of the animal none of which is empowering or feels good or even has one ounce of Gratitude in it.

Once we have a great gratitude filled perspective we can, from there, begin to dream up what we would be grateful for if those dreams became part of our experience. It is essential that we set the stage in a feeling of future gratitude; for that energy is the energy that will drive us to do everything we will be required to achieve the desired goals. This magical way of allowing thoughts to expand in the future gratitude allows us to see how we will feel in the future. Magically our own efforts, language and motivation push us in the direction of making things happen so that we achieve our dreams.

As a founding member of one of the most extraordinary companies in the world – Avant (TM), I am constantly asked about “The Law of Attraction”. Constantly questioned on why I am able to create large sums of Income and large streams of success. Why is it so very easy for me and how come I can constantly duplicate the process over and over again?? The answer lies in your ability to create a Vibrational Match with whatever you desire in your life.

Often times we refer to this method of creating as “Be Do Have”. Be as the successful are “being”; Do as the successful are “doing”; And then you will have what the successful are “having”…..NOT SO FAST…. There is indeed a missing piece of this puzzle. In fact, unless you have the “Vibrational Match”, you could Be, Do and Attempt at Having, and it will just never manifest. So what we will outline today will give you the recipe not for “Be, Do, Have” but for achieving the Vibrational Match, that when practiced will remove all the mystery as to why your goals may or may not be manifesting. We will then clarify what you must physically do and think to bring Vibrational Harmony into play so the Law of Attraction works in your life – TODAY!!!

Since everything is “Vibrational” or works based on the feeling surrounding all of the situations we get into, we must become aware of this. Not only must we become aware of this, but must understand that the feeling, or vibrations, must be in total harmony with who you wish to be or what you strongly desire. If we have a desire or goal and the feeling surrounding that dream or desire is not in harmony then you are actually supplying resistance to exactly what you want.

You must ask yourself  “what will it FEEL like to be there or to have that certain thing?”  To use all of the power available to you when you ask yourself this question you MUST feel the wonder of all of the experience of already having it or being there.  If you view yourself as NEEDING it, you are out of vibrational harmony.  If you find yourself feeling that you might be there or might be there soon, you are not in vibrational harmony.  If you are sitting there and justifying WHY you must have it or WHY you are entitled to it, you are supplying resistance to it.  If you are desiring something to compensate for something else, you are not there and you are using The Law of Attraction against you.  However, if your feelings are in total GRATITUDE & APPRECIATION of already having it, already loving the experience of appreciating it, then YOU ARE THERE. When your expectations are accompanied by a vibration of knowing it is coming and this causes a tingle in your belly in its arrival, YOU ARE THERE. At that very moment that tingle IS “The Law of Attraction” in action.

Here is another exercise to check your vibration; and this will assist you in building a business towards real life results and wealth.

How do you REALLY REALLY FEEL about Rich People? If your thinking about Rich People is that, “well I’ll be different when I am rich”.  If there is a feeling of the “Rich” being a separate entity  or separate from you, then you are using the Law of Attraction against yourself.  Notice the feeling surrounding “those rich people” as you separate yourself from them….. The rich are NOT separate.  When you do this, this is what’s known as Vibrational Discord or Resistance. Removing and reshaping your thinking surrounding this allows you to dramatically increase the vibration in harmony with your desired experience.

So the first step in this recipe is to become aware.  Take ownership of the fact that you have made the choice to feel the way you do.  You are the one who separated yourself from the rich by your chosen feelings.  Once you allow yourself to be untied with them and experience things from the perspective of acceptance and belonging, and explore those feelings, you then will be using The Law of Attraction and Vibrationally Matching your strongest desires.  I encourage you to do so and join those people doing this who are experiencing life to its fullest.

Entrepreneur – Are You One? Now that’s an interesting question. Even today after nearly 20 years being one, I often ask myself that question. Why ? Some of you reading this may think – why would an Entrepreneur ask himself such a question if he already is? Well the answer to that in my mind is one of checking one’s own path, one’s own commitment to his or her dreams and goals, and most importantly;  are they creating something for the benefit of others so that not only do they personally grow but so that all of the people that do business with them also receives an experience whereby they come away with more than they originally engaged me for.

Entrepreneurs, which I do believe I am, are creators and trail blazers. They must create a product or a service which brings something different to the world or marketplace they are in. When they do, they then and only then, do they have a perceived value. Years ago in manufacturing I created a niche in business of constructing product based upon a designers idea’s. The value that I added was one where I took the vision of what that designer created and then made it into something that could be produced and used in everyday sportswear while knowing that the general public wants something that looks amazing (just like the designer designed it) but was bullet proof. Meaning it had to look Magnificent while being constantly abused and mishandled.

I was in Textile Fabric and Garment Manufacturing. I had learned great technical knowledge as a factory worker as a teenager and placed all that knowledge behind the simple fact that an Artist would design stuff often as fragile as an egg shell that would have to be interpreted and then recreated for the real world.

So what does that have with being an Entrepreneur or where does that play into questioning oneself about being or becoming one. Well here is the connection…. You see everyday as an Entrepreneur you will be faced with idea’s, concepts, challenges, and people. In those face offs, if you come to the table with the Positive “Never Giving Up” attitude you can take those marvelous egg shells and create a niche in every single engagement.

As a Home Business Coach and Entrepreneur, this is what I absolutely teach people to do. I show them precisely how to turn any situation they are involved in into an opportunity to serve themselves as well as those they are involved with. This creates a VERY POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE that promotes new ideas and new ways of doing things. I find myself in such an interesting position these days. I am in a incredible leadership position at a Hybrid MLM Direct Sales Company Avant ™.  Hybrid meaning we are not just a direct sales company with retail profits but we are also a company that has many layers of residual income. I enjoy both sides of our compensation plan, every day I am able to generate profits upfront in retail and every week I also get to enjoy residual income from a rapidly growing organization. Over the past few days I had an interesting experience and it inspired me to share with all those looking at this blog. I sent quite a few people to a presentation where they heard many of my business associates announcing results from the use of Elevate ™ in their lives, our core product, and then a number of people announcing their personal financial results. The responses that I began to get from people were challenging, very challenging.

So I took a step back and began analyzing my own view of not only those around me who are having stellar results at Avant ™ , but in general I began to see something I had never seen before. There are some people you can absolutley feel are empowered and their vibration dictates total leadership and not only are they getting those results but they are in fact exceeding them. So I dug further. I keep all my personal journals over the years and I went back on a fact finding missions to see the vibration of myself on weeks that I had created an income (yes in one week) in excess of $20,000 and there it was. It was a vibrational display of the magnificence and harmony of life when desires and goals are in flow with what is actually going on. So as you all begin to look into the home based business industry and you hear results from products and particularly income claims listen not so much to the words but to the vibrations. If the vibrations sound like a symphony of sound that immediately gets through – well there you have a leader blazing a path you can follow. If it sounds like a band out of tune – well there you also have it it is a liar. This is what I advised all of those challenging people.

So crucial is it that you identify this, for if you do you will connect with a life changing product as well as an income you never dreamed possible. Six and a half years ago I found a company that did this for me. Then there was a time where that magic disappeared as the company changed and ownership changed. The Music left that Band. Today I am fortunate enough to have been reunited with that magic and the symphony that occurs in everything this company does. It is why it is one of the fastest growing companies in the direct sales industry. Clearly it has the ability to totally change lives and while doing that remove all limitations on what one person is capable of. I believe it will be one of the few companies in history to have many multiple 7 figure income earners.

So as you read this remember if you begin to recognize the vibrations sent and felt, you will know for sure whether it is Lies or Leadership. So lets think about this for a moment….. What exactly is a goal ?  The dictionary defines it as :  1) the mark set as a limit to a race…. an area to be reached safely in a child’s game ;  2) Aim or Purpose  (We are getting warmer here on #3) ; An area or object toward which PLAY is directed to score ; Or perhaps 4) a successful attempt to score.

Often times in creating an environment where we can assist others this has to be more clearly defined.   So here is my take on it : A Goal is something that you strongly desire to achieve, so much so that you are willing to step out of being comfortable or step out of your “daily routine” to do things in alignment with achieving that goal.  It should be measurable.  It should be a clear picture of what your heart and mind desires; something that you desire strongly enough to take action on NOW.  You should also be able to clearly see yourself in accomplishment of that goal in your mind.

This definition of a Goal is how I describe this to people when we are setting a system of goals in place to build their own home business.  When an individual sets time aside to create these big Juicy Mental Images, they begin to rekindle their dreams.  They again become self motivated and inspired to take action.  Look around you today, and before you sit down and put a list together of goals – look around you and carefully review the people that have a ton of goals, a ton of inspiration.  They are energized and full of life.  On your ride to and from work – look around you at all the projects in work.  Look at the road construction – it is a goal.  Look at some construction of buildings – it is a goal.  In fact, for some the mere goal of making it home in time for dinner tonight  is a goal……

After you play with these thoughts, sit down and think about your life.  Really think about it.  Are you in the Home you desire?  Are you in the Job or Career you desire?  Are you in the Car you desire?  If not, ask yourself – WHY NOT?  These questions, while they may be a bit uncomfortable, are the beginning of knocking some cob webs out of your brain.  Do you remember, as a child,  how persistent you may have been while going after something you wanted??? You had a goal in mind and you relentlessly envisioned and asked for it.  Go back to that state of thinking and begin to question why you may have given up your goals; then start all over again.  Set some uncomfortable BIG HUGE goals, then allow that anxiety of how BIG they are and how difficult they will be to achieve, to fuel your ambition to get them.  Then take action NOW!

Goals are the key to taking a bite out of life and having what you desire.  When you are indeed having life on your terms think of the positive vibration you give to others. Think of how awesome it is that you brighten someone’s day.  These are why goals are so vital.  You have control over this if you take it. So today, do some of these exercises, and set some goals.  Take a bite out of life and regain some of that childlike inspiration.  Spread it around and affect the people around you in a positive manner.  I know in my heart you will be pleasantly surprised as to how it goes.  So set some goals!

So how are things going? Have you hit your goals recently? Sometimes we set admirable goals that are huge and attractive and get us super motivated only to find that, even though we did our best we did not hit them….. It is important in your own personal growth to understand that that is all “Part of The Deal“. At that very moment in time it is imperative to hit “RESET” . We have raised our children with the Reset Button being your Belly Button – push it laugh a little and reset your goals.

This lighthearted approach is dynamic in nature. It allows us to laugh off the feelings associated with not achieving a goal and places our mind and feelings in a space of joy and laughter again. From this space we can again become creative enough to set new goals and achieve them.

Good Morning to all those visiting and reading these micro lessons on personal development. Today I have a special share for as I build Home Based Businesses with others for a living , I can’t help but notice and focus on some interesting things as I become aware of them.

I became aware yesterday of how important it is to not get hung up on the ignorant comments of others. Sometimes people that are influential in your business or on your path allow their Ego to broadcast messages that ultimately, if you allow them to, create resistance. It is through awareness of the behavioural patterns of those individuals that they lose the power to have any effect on you. In fact, as you become aware, you can isolate their comments in your life as nonsence. When you accomplish this they cannot create resistance but actually begin to serve you in the elevation of your awareness and presence to the here and now.

So if you have someone who is a person whom you felt as important to your life  on on your path of growth, take only what serves you from their commentary or guidance. It is your focus of energy and thought that gives their guidance meaning. You get to choose the impact they have on your life.

So choose wisely on the focus of what people are saying around you as this is the first step in taking responsibility to a level where YOU have control and THEY DO NOT. Focus on the good that these individuals bring into your life not the crap that they ignorantly bring to the table. There is greatness in many of my mentors yet sometimes they choose to play EGO and then, well when ego controls the situation they bring crap. So choose not to focus on crap and then for sure you will notice resistance to what you are truely after falling by the wayside.
