Good Morning Everyone and thank those of you who are taking this very seriously and sent emails back about the top 5 challenges you face in your business and how you would handle them as either an Entrepreneur or as a Working Person.
Yesterday I specifically handled things the with respect to the thinking process the way that I did for there is a VERY LARGE distinction in the process of thinking of an Entrepreneur and the thinking of a person who has a Job and a (can’t believe I am writing this) “normal” weekly cash flow. It is of extreme importance for you to begin to think outside of the box. That is what Entrepreneurs do. They constantly think out of the box and this type of thinking results — YES in some dis-comfort….. However it also begins to bring solutions to the table that you or a working person who has the guarantee (so to speak) of a daily JOB and a Weekly or monthly JOB.
For a moment sit back and think about what you are really doing when you have a JOB. The owner or shareholders of a company pay you out of their cash flow. This in turn means that their cash flow has to be large enough to give you a tiny piece. Think about that. That is what you are when you are working for someone or in the case of a large corporation you are a tiny piece of their puzzle. When they figure it out you may or may not share in a very tiny piece of the profits. When you are on your own, you are totally responsible for all of the successes and thus when there is profit you obviously have a much bigger share.
So there are a few points we will roll through today and I will story-ize what and how you can begin to think differently than you might be right now. I will tap upon the input of some amazing people that were brave enough to share. I won’t mention names as those folks are the ones that will make the transition and will indeed make it happen and they know who they are.
Those of you seeing this email early enough to catch any of the news clips about the Olympics there in lies many many, did I state many, concrete pieces of evidence of how people see themselves. The Gold Medalists see themselves succeeding and winning every day all the time. That quality and skill of Visualization we will also review today so that you can begin to see yourself succeeding and winning. I will explain in detail how this works with the Law of Attraction to make things happen for you.

I get crazy CRAZY MOTIVATED when I see a ton of folks taking the beginning steps to drag their own ASSES out of the hell that they are FINALLY taking the responsibility for creating. I apologize for the lingo here but I have never seen such a high percentage of people commit to changing things and doing ONLY what I did to get my ASS out of not a sling but the largest mess that only a Dinosaur could have made with a stomach virus. You ALL are motivating me to take things to new heights.
So lets nail GOAL SETTING. No not the keep it simple stupid kinda goal setting you see on thousands of web pages the kind of goal setting that actually works. For years I wrote goals  in this manner :

That was it that was the way I wrote the goals out. Guess What? I hit about 2.7% of them.
Then while I took up space in the bowels of Hell mentally I realized all I was doing was describing a picture of something. Yes I wanted it. Yes I SORT OF thought I could get it. However, there was ZERO MOTIVATION for the goal had no VIBRATION. Nothing that would tag the Law of Attraction and bring it into action, nothing.
Then as many times I had in the past I went back to journals I had kept and went searching for a pattern. The pattern I searched for was what goals had I repeatedly journaled about that eventually did become a reality. The pattern was actually very easy to spot. Every Goal that came into reality I had repeatedly written down over and over again. When I did – there was always emotional descriptors or stories of how it would be with that goal in my life.
So I then began a second journal specifically for Goals. A Goal Journal.
So today I will get into the specifics of what happened and how this changed my thinking towards goal setting. I will walk you through this experience so you will see exactly why it is so powerful and why from this day forward you will keep a goal journal.
Tomorrow I will clarify it all and set you up to play life in a new way. I call it  GOALTIVATION.
Its a game and I will give you those details tomorrow. Just KNOW that when you get all of this clear in your mind achieving goals will be easier and one thousand times more fun.

Roll Play
Today we will take all of the information and lessons from the past 3 days and incorporate them into a working Roll Play. Jason and I will Roll play each opportunity and then after each one open the call for Q&A.
We want to make this Very Practical so the call will be a run down of exactly how We Prospect the Following Opportunities :
1) CTS : The Number ONE CA$H Flow Producer I have ever touched in nearly Nine Years working from home.
2) EMPOWER NETWORK : You NEVER need to prospect for Empower Network per say – it generates its own leads if you actually do the training and Blog for 1 hour a day. A Follow up conversation after they are a PAYING customer allows them to see exactly where to plug in and how fast it can grow. 87% of the people involved become completely involved.
3) ZEEK REWARDS : If you are looking to build a Legacy of long term residual Income, Zeek can do that. It will be like slowly roasting a gourmet meal. Keep that in mind.
We should be able to show you a few angles combined with the specific communication and enrollment techniques we have shared over the past 3 days.
I want to stress that you can’t just come to these calls and THINK prospects involvement. You MUST MUST MUST be marketing each and every day. When I say marketing I mean generating, or purchasing leads. An ideal target would be a minimum of 20-25 leads per day.
If you are not generating them – BUY THEM.
If you are not BUYING THEM — then get out of your own way and go out in public and talk to 20-25 people per day.
In the game of prospecting YOU build your own business and I do not care what business it is, there will be a numbers game at play. The most WONDERFUL thing about being in business is that YOU HAVE CONTROL of the numbers game.
Here’s why : About 9 years ago when I left textiles and immersed myself in the world of making money from home. I was afraid of the phone. I had an attitude problem for my Big Textile Business (Paying for 4 cars and monthly vacations, as well as a $350,000 a year Salary and often a matching Christmas Bonus – disappeared). All those FACTS and Features of my life then,  I MADE work against me. Once I took responsibility for it all and decided that I would learn to be a PRO, through study and Practice, and relentless work — Magic Happened.
AGAIN THROUGH STUDY (STUDY) AND PRACTICE. PRACTICE BY PROSPECTING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.    
I began to massively improve my skills and the numbers game changed.
In 2004 it used to take me about 125 leads to make ONE sale of a $1,500 product.
Today it takes me 6-8 leads to make a $3,500 transaction on average.
How did I do it? I shared that with you over the past week. I used to call those 125 leads nearly every day. I spent Thousands of Dollars on Seminars for education and Lead Generation. I never ever ever gave up.
The reward is that the old Textile Days in contrast were twice and much work for HALF as much money. But that’s today.
Learn to prospect with us today and the next chapter is how to complete the enrollment and make it happen – BIG TIME. There is no reason why you all cannot go through this process and create from nothing EXACTLY what you DESIRE.

Your Vibe & Voice Inflection in Prospecting
Roll Play — Session 2
Yesterdays call we expanded a great deal of information in terms of the flow of a prospecting call and how it should go. I again have that list at the bottom of this email for a refresher and review.
Today I want to get to the process of additional role play. Before I do that I really want to clarify that many of you are not understanding your voice inflection. Through the proper use of the pitch, sound quality, and sound volume, you can greatly change what people are hearing from the same exact words.
Before we begin our role play I will clarify that aspect you get a better sense of how to transfer your enthusiasm. Remember people will go to your presentation and become enrolled if they themselves FEEL compelled to go. They must FEEL the reasons why they must go. So if you are charged with Gratitude and enthusiasm – very attractive qualities – and you speak properly – they will have a FEELING that they must go. If they “think” they should, most often they will not. If they “FEEL” they MUST they will. So we’ll cover this and close the topic for prospecting.
The remainder of this week we will tag following up on prospects and bringing the Enrollment process to a close to conclude this 10 week session on Mindset Merchants. I have a great deal planned for the remainder of this week and then the next round of Mindset Merchants and what it is evolving into will be vastly different.
ENROLLMENT / ENGAGEMENT CONVERSATION
So with that in mind in an Engagement / Enrollment conversation the following elements must occur (Here in sort of a flow chart list) :
1) Introduction : Within the first 12-15 seconds of the opening of a conversation you must come across with a Purpose, ON PURPOSE, reason for your connecting with the prospect.
2) Questions : Only 3 possible questions should evolve in this conversation (Some people are trying to build relationships – remember you are a stranger and until they are enrolled in wanting to look at what you have to offer – your questions and jibber jabber is repelling the customer)
a) Question 1 : Do they remember their request for info?
b) Question 2 : Have they done something on their own before to generate cash flow or income from home?
c) Question 3 : What time later today will they make time to view the presentation? This question followed by a second part – then Great I will call you to follow up _________ ; or you can ask them to call you back but call them anyway.
3) Close the Conversation with an Enrolment Tying statement.
“Bob I know you are going to love what’s here. It totally changed my life financially and Bob (YES SAY HIS NAME 2 TIMES) the training and support here is what sets us apart from everything else. Know that in your heart when you look at this also know we have the Marketing side of things down pat. Remember how we found each other (Voice Broadcasting… The Lead Page….. or if its a warm contact reiterate how easy it was)”
Then confirm the follow up.
Not rocket Science. A Simple Flow of where the convo should go.
So today we’ll look for some different volunteers and we’ll play this out again. This must be done with ALL of the enthusiasm your heart and mind can come up with. Bring that to the call today and we will make Great Progress.

Kill Performance Anxiety 
Nope this will not be a lesson from Dr. Laura or Dr. Ruth… Anxiety : Painful uneasiness of the mind – usually over an anticipation of something going wrong in advance of it happening; Abnormal apprehension and fear often accompanied by physiological signs…. ; created by self doubt.
So in becoming mentally free from the self created prisons we have, we have to recognize a number of things here. A Number of things. The first thing to become aware of in the above definition is “anticipation of something going wrong in advance of it happening”. Right then and there is an absolute reckoning with The Law Of Attraction. We project with a thought – remember we are focusing on the future – so we are dreaming up something going wrong in advance of it happening.
Why? Simply because things have gone wrong in the past – CONDITIONING. So we allow the past to play a part in the future. How crazy is that????? I put it to you this way for you to think about things. Many years ago we lived in Caves. Then lean twos. The huts. Then constructed homes. Then larger homes. Then cities. If mankind as a whole had allowed Anxiety to rule their actions – NO FORWARD PROGRESS. No Expansion.
So today in some clarity through contrast, I ask that you entertain your perspective on this topic. Any of you NOT TAKING MASSIVE NON-STOP ACTION for your own life, business, or cause, are actually BEGGING THINGS TO NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!
Performance Anxiety is Created by conditioned F.E.A.R. or False Evidence Appearing Real. Meaning that you are allowing things from your past or even yesterday to scare you into not moving forward. So Many of you communicate this to me daily in emails and or actual phone calls and voice mails. Its time for you to stop stopping YOU.
Who cares if something did not work “last time”. Who cares if something did not work even 2 seconds ago. One of the key elements of Mental Freedom is to not be bound by what did not work even one moment ago. The reason is simple. As you train yourself to let go of the conditioning and focus on where you want things to go, not where they have been, You can move out of the FREAKEN CAVE and into the MANSION.
The trick to freeing yourself from Performance Anxiety IS TO PERFORM. PERFORM ALL THE TIME, ANYTIME. Each time you do this with consistency you take down the walls that trap you. You may have to take the walls down one square inch at a time but you will do it.
So today we’ll take a look at and discuss some prominent people that have created the IMPOSSIBLE. We’ll focus on some people and stories of success that you can go and find evidence of their pushing through nonsense and making it happen BIG TIME. Then after this call today I will tolerate NO-NONSENSE. You will all go out and see the evidence, kick your own self in the butts, and do, just like I do and those I shall show you, WHATEVER IT TAKES. Then you will be free from the MAN-MADE Nonsense known as Anxiety. Your focus, your action, and persistence without exception will allow the Law of Attraction to do its thing and work with you.

Principal of Mental Freedom #1 – Definiteness of Purpose
As we Rev things back up with Mindset Merchants now is the perfect time to embark on some principals once reviewed on our call from Napoleon Hill. The very first one is very appropriate based on the sentiment expressed to me in various ways over the last 48 hours. That is the Definiteness of Purpose.
Today on our call I will share a different perspective on The Definiteness of Purpose and how crucial this is and critical not only to your success but to your happiness. Being on Purpose not only by having Goals but being completely committed to them gives us Inspiration and Focus. That inspired focus propels us to doing all that is required of us to succeed. When I say required I mean allows us to take responsibility for ourselves, our own actions, and allows us to create and forge our own self fulfilling pathways in making almost anything work.
Yesterday, because of one communication with one of our members, I reached out to another member. I had an interesting conversation where evidence of this presented itself in a rather glaring manner. In somewhat of a Life is real busy reconnect She shared that in one of our opportunities she felt as though not enough was being done to assist her. Don’t get focused there that is not the issue. The issue was that she had a purpose that was beyond original Intension. Meaning her focus on her goal of success propelled her to do more than she originally planned to do. In that her Definiteness of Purpose propelled her to taking MORE ACTION. In her doing more she realized how she loved to present and do Webinars to build her business. She gained Momentum, Fulfillment, and Success all from being on purpose.
So we’ll explore this and tie Your Purpose to keeping your passion ON FIRE no matter what. Remember – because she had a PURPOSE because she was ON PURPOSE and was definite on it she did not allow anything to stop her success!!! She went on to do exactly what she intended to and was focused on. So I will Congratulate her on her success today on the call and tie this all together…..

Altering your Mindset is what we are all about. If you think about it for a moment everyone is now very clear on Gratitude being Key and how Goals will give you “On Purposeness”. So today I want to whisper in your ear, yes its gonna FEEL like I am talking to you one on one.
By now we are about 2/3 of the way through this Mindset program with just 3-4 weeks left before some massive changes take place to benefit everyone. So now is the perfect time to check your Mindset. We went down the path of allowing you to see a Wealth Filled set of Perspectives so you would begin to see 3 key points :
1) The Wealthy are in ACTION on multiple fronts ALL of the Time.
2) The Wealthy are not filled with Envy they are filled with Gratitude not just for themselves and what they have but also the accomplishments of others. The more they combine this Gratitude with a focus on success the more success they have AND THEY KNOW IT.
3) The Wealthy DO NOT Complain for that makes them a magnet for their very complaint. They get the Law of Attraction and it functions as they dream it.
So we’ll touch on these today and its High Time for you to set breakpoints of change in your life DAILY CHANGE, so that you develop the skills and thoughts of Entrepreneurial Wealth. It’s time to take a look at your perception of Wealth, Riches and Money.
This is turning point in your awareness’s on something that may very well keep you from making a very large amount of money. Your Vibration around money also shapes your goals and ultimately your gratitude. I will start by making a very bold statement about money. “If there is a shred of thought in your mind that being “Filthy Rich” is a sin…. You have a success challenge.”  The only people in this world that see no value to having a large some of money ARE BROKE PEOPLE. It’s their way of allowing themselves off of the personal responsibility they have to do and be the best that they can.
Let’s do one more thing. Let’s look at how many BROKE people help others. If you do some research and take a look at the truly wealthy people – they are the ones giving massive amounts of money to charity. If you have massive wealth to give you can help more people. The broke people living paycheck to paycheck can only help others in a very small way. So right at the beginning of this conversation, this must be clear.
There is no such thing as THE FILTHY RICH. Money is not dirty, it is a tool in this day and age to make things happen and to accomplish anything MONEY will be required.
So today we are going to review AND discover what your money blueprint is. We’ll discuss how you got it and how you can change it. You will understand that you have a VIBE or FEELING about money. That vibration will be matched so we’ll clarify this and why for some of you – its EASY to create a huge cash flow and for others its a struggle. We’ll also cover how you can change that vibe using some tools I emailed you a few weeks ago on changing a behavior. This will be EXCITING, I am excited for you. When I learned this – change was rapid and incredible.

Vibrational Selling Info : “The Vibe of Your Voice”  
“I don’t like that tone of voice you are using with me……..” Ever heard that one before? Or another one ” Are You OK???”
Chances are you have indeed heard things like this before. When we hear statements like the two statements above they are clear signs that we are speaking VIBRATIONALLY perhaps either something different than we intend OR we are speaking with a vibration that is stronger than the actual language we are using.
Part of cleaning this up is to become very aware of the tone and speed with which we are speaking. If we speak in a rapid fire manner we send one message. If we speak strongly and with confidence we send another message. it is imperative that you record your conversations for this to become clear and for you to see WHY you should polish the way you are speaking. When you record your phone conversation and or perhaps even a conversation with someone right in front of you, you can develop a sense of what you are communicating by how you FEEL when you hear what you say.
One of the best tools I use is my friend LIL. Lil is a 11 1/2 year old German Shepherd. While Lil understands some of the words as commands her reaction to my tone reveals in a far clearer manner my VIBE. She responds to my words in a particular way based on the VIBE. I will give examples of what I mean today on our call in this manner.
I want you to pay particular attention to how someone sounds when they are filled with Gratitude – what their underlying vibe is – and when they are nervous and not filled with gratitude. I will tie this together for you so you can again see the pattern as to WHY Gratitude is so very important. I will also clarify and tie together why being on Purpose with Goals also plays a major role in the Vibration of your communication with others.
With today’s call I strongly desire you to become very clear on all of these elements. I also want you to go back and review word usage for your VIBE changes with the word usage we discussed several weeks ago. So make sure you go back to that email and to that / those calls. When you pull all of these elements together, you will be very clear on how you are making people feel when you communicate with them.
All of this will build your awareness so you say what you mean to say and they hear what you mean to communicate. Once this is established today we can roll forward and CATAGORICALLY examine your attitude and Vibration towards several major topics. Your attitude towards those major topics GREATLY affects you ability to transmit a vibe that is congruent with your words. So tomorrow we’ll start with “GETTING RICH” and “MONEY”.

Vibrational Selling Info : “What Are People Hearing You Say?” 
We have laid the foundation and made so many things clear. Now its time to get into what I call the FUN STUFF. The “WHY” successful people are so successful and how they behave. This all has to do with VIBRATION….. So if you have your ducks in a row and are truly paying it forward and participating in the education of yourself AND are in FULL ALL OUT ACTION, the next 2 weeks of info will give you the BLUEPRINT on how you MUST adjust the Vibration of thought you put out there. This will require complete abandonment of DRIFTING and the complete tuning into your environment.
When I began putting together Vibrational Selling I reviewed notebooks that were essentially side notes of my day planner over a 20 year in business ventures period. The notes revealed a pattern. The pattern was tied to many things. Most importantly it was tied to the way any human being is capable of making another human being feel. Some of those notes triggered memories of some very interesting encounters.
Most importantly and what we’ll start off with today is that there is a HUGE DIFFERNECE in the way an ENTREPRENEUR VIBRATES and THINKS, compared to someone who runs scared in the face of ANY adversity. So today we’ll literally set the table with that distinction. You’ll also see a bit more clearly all of the things I had to do in the beginning of making that transition from Worker  —  to  —  Entrepreneur. There were partnerships I had to create, my vibration caused those partnerships with COMPETITORS to develop, that allowed them to work with me.
The information over the next 2 weeks will be VITAL to your success. Vital in that if you focus and understand, you will realize you have the same power or EMPOWERMENT abilities that I do. You will see why no challenge is really a challenge, just yet another opportunity to expand on every level.
